Oversee an entire project plan for carpentry services, including planning, drafting, ordering of materials, construction, finishing and presenting the finished product to the customer. Provide support to supervisory project managers by giving updates on project timelines as tasks are completed, and inform managers of issues or concerns when appropriate. Description:

Tile setters are responsible for installing tiles. They cut tiles using several different tools, including tile scribes, wet saws and handheld tile cutters. They then lay tiles in evenly spread mortar, ensuring precision, clean edges and straight lines. Other duties include removing existing floor coverings, taking measurements and cleaning and leveling the surfaces where the tiles are to be laid. They use artistic qualities to ensure a quality pattern when applicable.

Description:

Irrigation Technician Lead performs the operation, installation, maintenance and repair of manual, semi-automatic and automatic irrigation systems. Install, maintain and repair drainage system. May be required to lead a crew of irrigation technicians.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to diagnose and repair issues within residential and commercial irrigation systems.
  • Proficient in troubleshooting electrical and hydraulic issues within multi zone existing irrigation systems.
  • Ability to check functionality of systems, adjust controllers, adjust heads, change nozzles, etc. to ensure proper irrigation of high end landscapes.
  • Repair irrigation system defects.
  • Assist superintendent in maintaining parts inventory.
  • Make all irrigation orders with approval.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and curative maintenance on pump stations.
  • Operate main pumps and pump controllers.
